Hospitality Instructions

• Confirm a cooler has been filled with ice & bottled water when you arrive. If not, please do this immediately.
  
  • Water bottles are in lifeguard storage room with "swim team" written on them. 
  • Ice is the concession stand back room.
• Begin at 11-12 relays, do a lap to all the workers and repeat with the beginning of each 11-12 event (through butterfly), this is when all volunteers will be on the block end.  You will use a rolling cooler to take water to the timers.  
• Add bottled water to the cooler as needed throughout the meet.  There are two coolers on the deck that you will monitor to ensure they are stocked.  They are between the Meet Admin table and Away coaches tent and at the SVKW coaches tent. 
• Empty coolers and put any remaining water back to swim team area when shift is over (after you offer water for butterfly)
• Offer water to ALL volunteers on our team and visiting team including:
  
  • Visiting Coaches
  • Visiting Stroke & Turn
  • Starter
  • Order of Finish Judges
  • All Timers
  • Clerk of Course
  • Home Coaches
  • Home Stroke & Turn
  • Ribbon handout (most likely they won’t be in the area)
  • Runner
  • Meet Administrators
  • Merchandise Table
