Coach Lindsay from the year round swim team, Marlins of Raleigh, will lead the 10/unders in a skills clinic at 9:30am. At 10:10am, Coach Lindsay will host an informal Q&A session about year round swimming at MOR for kids & parents. |

Red-White Time Trial

Warm-up: 8:30 AM
End: 11:30 AM
Sunday morning time trial. Unfortunately we are unable to host a time trial meet during the week. We must finish at 11:30 so the pool can open to members. Please declare your swimmer by noon on Friday. Warm-up 8:30am-9am. Meet begins 9am. Event order: Medley Relay, Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly. 6&U do NOT swim butterfly. We will finish after 15-18 butterfly events or 11:30am (whichever comes first). |
