Family Participation Policy
The sport of swimming is unique due to the amount of volunteer hours required to successfully run a team. Our swim team is a 100% VOLUNTEER RUN organization.
2025 Volunteer Needs: Each family will need 4 Points. Points vary on jobs with some weighted more than others. Please know that if we have a decrease in families or any major changes to our meet requirements, we may have to increase our needs.
As a reminder, there is no “just practice” option. Please do your best to confirm your summer plans against the swim schedule when you register. If you are available for only a few meets, you will need to fulfill all your shifts during the meets you are attending. If you do not maintain the required points during the season, your child will not be allowed to join practices or swim at meets.
