NEW FEATURE ALERT

We are adding a new feature to allow you to request the events your child will swim. This is new for all families this year. Please take a moment to read the instructions below.

Select the green Meet Entry Button (reminder we only open 2 meets at a time, you will only have the option to declare for the next two meets).

IF you have declared your swimmer and IF you have selected the events you wish your child to swim, your screen should look like the screenshot below. You are all set! If your screen does not look like this, please keep reading.

IMPORTANT- If you declared your swimmer for Medfield the same time you declared for Red/White you were not prompted with this option.

If you declared swimmer status without being prompted to request events, your screen will look like the screenshot below. In this case, I declared Zoe would be at the meet, but I haven’t put any requests about events in. (keep reading)

You can still declare for events!

Select EDIT

You will see this screen.

Check the boxes for your swimmer. Swimmers can participate in ALL individual strokes (no butterfly for 6&U) but we understand there are swimmers still working on strokes and endurance. We encourage you to challenge your swimmers to try! Hopefully within a few weeks, they will feel comfortable trying them all.

Select SAVE

You are done. Did you Save?

If you exit and go back into Meet Entry your screen should look like the very first screenshot.

Repeat for additional swimmers.

This feature is already turned on for Prestonwood.
