We will swim against the Cary Park Sea Dragons on Tuesday 6/28.

The DEADLINE for signing up your swimmers for this meet is SUNDAY 6/26 at NOON - TOMORROW!!

If your kids WILL SWIM in this meet, please go to the sign up calendar on the website (click here) before the Sunday noon deadline and declare that your kids WILL BE SWIMMING this meet.

a) please indicate which strokes your child wants to swim in this meet

b) please indicate if they want to swim in relays (one or two?) or that they do not want to swim in relays

If your kids WILL NOT SWIM in this meet, please go to the sign up calendar on the website (click here) and declare that your kids WILL NOT BE SWIMMING this meet.

How to declare your swimmer (click here for instructions)

Please sign Your swimmer up BEFORE Sunday at noon.   It is super important to declare your swimmer by the deadline.  It is very messy and complicated to make changes after we merge data with the other team (and sometimes impossible). Please view Sunday noon deadline as a FIRM deadline and make sure you set a reminder to declare your swimmer beforehand.

The bottom line is that if you miss the Sunday at noon deadline, there is a very good chance that your child will NOT be allowed to swim in the upcoming meet.

When you declare your swimmer, sign up for one of our empty volunteer roles if you’re able: Place Judge, Runner, 4 Second Half Timers, Clerk of Course Assistant (new position, email [email protected] for details).
