SVKW Registration: 

We had a website issue pop up this morning, but happy to report: Registration is now live! Click the Register button on this SVKW website home page.

Sign into SwimTopia first. If you’re returning and using the same email it should populate your family info and swimmer times on the form. Sign in before you click the registration link. This is to prepopulate your family information and ensure your swimmer times and family information transfers to the 2023 season.

Beluga Whales Registration: 

SV Pool will be emailing out the registration form to pool members. Email [email protected] to join the waitlist if all 35 spots fill up or to ask questions.

Volunteer requirements for 2023 will be 4 points. All families must volunteer, there is no “just practice” option.

As a reminder, most jobs are first and second half points with a few exceptions. Important: If we have a decrease in families or any major changes to our TSA meet requirements, we may have to increase this number to 5 points. The point count has changed from years past (6-8 points) due to some meet specific changes made by TSA and the swim team board. Registration Tips & Tricks

1. When you get to the volunteer page ALL the shifts and meet options will appear on one page. You can scroll down and get all 4 points on one page. IF you bypass this page and then are forced back, it will most likely require you to select each meet individually. Don’t rush past this required page.

Rescheduled swim test: 

The swim assessment for young/novice swimmers is rescheduled to May 20th, at 10am, before the welcome back party. At the SV pool. If you're unsure, make your best guess and we'll sort it out after the swim test. Thanks for your patience on this! (or sign up for BW and we can bump your swimmer up to SVKW after the test).  

Swim team dues:

All swimmers will pay $110 (We will no longer offer a sibling discount). Additionally, we’ve had frequent requests that we add the cost of social events, coach gifts, etc into the membership fee. We’ve raised the fee by $10 rather than having to ask you for various donations throughout the swim season.
