Here's a note from our EOY Coordinators regarding our 7/20 Awards day. Make sure you  RSVP on the Sign-Up Calendar and read the below info carefully!

Friends, Family, Killer Whales, and Belugas Whales!

We are excited to celebrate a WHALE of a season with you. Our celebration will be on Saturday, July 20th at Hope Community Church at 2:00 pm. Events include a Slideshow, Raffle, Awards, and a sweet treat at the end.

NEW PROCESS THIS YEAR: If this is the first time your child is receiving a lanyard medal to attach their season pins to, we ask that you come prior to 1:45pm to collect your medal BEFORE the banquet starts. We want all our Whales to have time to collect their hard-earned pins and medals!

Come ready to buy tickets and win raffle prizes for a FREE SV Pool Membership, Swim Gear, gift cards and so MUCH MORE!  See the flier below + attached! (exact cash or venmo accepted) 

Meet us (unofficially) at the Pool to extend the celebration after the ceremony. We aren't officially coordinating an event for this night, but grab your towel and snacks and come wind down with us by the pool, after the ceremony.  Bring some extra chairs for seating if you do come. 

I can't make the awards celebration, can I still purchase Raffle tickets and pick up awards? 

Yes! All of your swimmer's medals, pins, and awards will be placed in your family's swim folder after the event.

If you want to purchase raffle tickets prior to the event, find Elizabeth Ehresman Thursday night, 7/11, during swim practice to purchase (must be in person). She'll have the red raffle bucket nearby. Venmo preferred, exact cash accepted. 

What should I bring to the Ceremony? 

• Returning Killer Whales–don’t forget to wear your lanyard medals so we can add your 2024 pin!

• If you have bought ANY raffle tickets to date—don’t forget to bring them!
  • If you haven’t—no worries you can buy tickets when you check in so have Exact  Cash in hand or your VENMO account ready! If you lose your ticket, we have records of them.
