Happy Thursday Killer Whales! 

Here's our final Meet recap for the season.  It was quite a way to end, racing against both the Sharks and a Storm.  Our final score was Sharks 228 and SVKW 182.

Thank you for your patience and understanding this past Tuesday as the Host swim team and the TSA Reps worked through the details and timing of adjusting the Meet and communicating that to their teams.  We're thankful we've had such great weather the rest of the season and haven't had to cancel a meet in a while, however, we know this Meet was a tough swallow for swimmers who had an event scratched since it was the last one. Please let your swimmers know we felt that for them and give them a hug from us.  We're proud of our team's sportsmanship this past year through all the challenges you have faced. 

Saturday's Awards Celebration for KW and Belugas:

Join us for awards, slide shows, and cupcakes! We'll be sending the program out on Friday.  For now, remember: Hope Community Church, doors open at 1:30 pm, and the Ceremony starts at 2:00 pm.  Please arrive by 1:45pm at the latest to pick up your 2024 pins (everyone) and medals (new families).

Come earlier if you want to purchase raffle tickets. Payment through Venmo or exact cash (flier attached).

Coach Emma 

This is Coach Emma's last year coaching the SVKWs. Could you ask your swimmer to draw her a 'favorite Coach Emma moment' or write her a note?" You can have them do this during the ceremony or write her a note. We'll have a box by the door to drop them into.   Please bring your own drawing/writing items for this. 

If you want to bring pictures/notes for other coaches as well you're welcome to do that.  Just make sure their name is on it so we can sort it out afterward and give it to the correct person.

Record Breaker:  Izzie Kohler (14) set a New Medfield Pool Record for 50 yd Breaststroke. Her time was: 32.82 (the old record was 33.08).
