Hello Killer Whales!

While the Piranhas flashed their razor-sharp teeth, the Killer Whales came out at the top of the food chain once again.  Our final score from this past week was: Killer Whales 304 and Prestonwood 210. Most importantly, your team spirit was equally as high, and that helped your teammates swim their best. Great job, Killer Whales, we hope you enjoy this win as a result of your hard work and encouragement this past week.

You can upload meet photos to be considered for our EOY slide show to our team album here.

In other news: the votes are in, and our final theme for the July 8th home meet will be:  Hawaiian Luau. Dust off your leis and bring some tropical fruit to snack on!

Have a relaxing July 4th weekend, and we'll see you back on deck on Monday.

Mid-Season Check-In: Would It Be Helpful?

In past seasons, we’ve heard from families that a Mid-Season Check-In would be helpful, especially for those who are brand new to the swim team experience. While we hold New Family Orientation meetings before the season begins, we understand that sometimes, you don’t know what you don’t know until you’ve been through a few home and away meets. That’s why we’re considering hosting a more informal Q&A session now that the season is in full swing.

If you think a mid-season check-in would be helpful, we’d love to hear from you!
Shoot us a quick email at [email protected] and let us know if you’d be interested in connecting with some of our more seasoned swim parents. If there's enough interest, we’ll be happy to set something up. Please also know that you can always reach out to that same email if you have a specific question that you would like the swim team board to answer.

Greyden Snoke gets a loud shout-out for doing a fantastic job singing the National Anthem.  He continues to step in cheerfully, over and over, when we don't have a singer lined up.  Thank you, Greyden!
