SV Killer Whales and Beluga Whales Award Ceremony

Doors open 1:30 pm, Ceremony starts at 2:00 pm

Raffle tickets can be purchased at the door. Sales will close promptly at 1:50 pm

at Hope Community Church

Please make plans to arrive when the doors open at 1:30 pm to allow adequate time to pick up your swimmers' 2025 pin, team medal (new swimmers only), and purchase raffle tickets (VENMO only) at the door. 

During the ceremony, the coaches will call swimmers up by age group to present the special awards. Please let your swimmers know we plan to have them enter the stage from the right side steps. Swimmers should stay up on the stage while all the awards are presented, then exit to the left of the stage when the coaches dismiss the age group.

Bring:

• Pre-purchased Raffle Tickets
• Returning swimmers: Wear your SVKW Team medal to add your 2025 pin (new swimmers will pick up their medal and pin at the door)
• Quiet activities to occupy smaller children during the ceremony
• Water bottles, if desired
• Cards for coaches, if desired. You can personally hand them out after the ceremony.
