Happy Tuesday, Killer Whales!

Here's a note from our coaching team: If you are looking for additional help for your swimmers, our coaches are available to give private swim lessons at the pool for an additional charge. This is a great opportunity to get focused attention on improving specific strokes, dives, and turns. Please get in touch with them directly (outside of scheduled swim practice times) if your swimmer needs that little bit of extra attention. These swim lessons are arranged as a private matter between you and the coach, outside of the swim team's normal operations. You can email them directly to ask questions or set up lesson times

We hope to see you at Saturday's and/or Sunday's practice! Our practice times this weekend are:

• 11+ 8:30 am - 9:30 am
• 10/U 10:00 am - 10:30 am

Practice Policy Reminders:

As a reminder, please avoid starting conversations with our coaches about your swimmer or your concerns during practice times.  Instead, email Coach Jim to set up a time to chat.  This allows our coaches to put their full attention on maximizing practice times and keeping swimmers safe in the water. 

Also, when the Pool is not open to the public, no one should be in the water except the age group scheduled to practice. This includes the main pool and the baby pool. Please keep siblings on the upper deck during practices. 

Join us Saturday Evening at the Apex Pine Plaza Chipotle between 4:00 - 8:00 pm to support the team!
