Hi Killer Whales!

   The Barracudas managed to live up to their reputation of being able to create swift bursts of speed when going after their prey. Our final score was Barracudas 320 and Killer Whales 190.  Ribbons and personal bests were still won along the way, and you excelled at sportsmanship swimming hard through the end of the meet. Great job! Make sure you check your family folders this weekend for any ribbons and prizes. 

We had 6 unexpected volunteer vacancies for Tuesday's meet. Thank you to everyone who stepped in to fill those roles! Please continue to monitor your family points for the season. You will find them under "my account". All jobs are "open" for you to pick up and drop as your schedule changes. We continue to need each family to contribute 4 volunteer points for the season. Our next two Away meets give us all a much-needed break as our volunteer needs drop from 66 to 38 people!

The 6/25 AWAY Meet against Waldon Creek is Open. Go ahead and declare your swimmers attending/not attending now to meet the Sunday noon deadline. We'll send out the Meet details when we receive them from the host team. 

We've got lots of great team events upcoming: Clinics, Papa Murphy's, Tie Dye Fun and Ice Cream Social, Cary City Meet Entry is open.   Read on below for dates and details on each event.

Ice Cream Social (Thursday, July 11)

Come celebrate the season with ice cream! We will start serving at 5:30pm during evening practice and encourage all 11 & Under age groups to eat after practice. 13+ need to arrive before practice. Event ends at 7:30pm (or however long it takes to get the 11-12 through the line).
