Hello Killer Whales!

Otters are known for their energy and playfulness in and out of the water; however, you stayed focused and left them lots of bubbles to play with during the meet.   Our final score from the 7/15 meet was: SV Killer Whales 291 and OC Otters 219.

The last post-meet email of the season always comes around too fast.  We are so proud of our team this year. You really swam your heart out and you have excelled at both swimming and sportsmanship. We hope to see you at our Awards Ceremony on Saturday to celebrate your hard work (info here).   If you can't make it, any medals you've received will be placed in your family folder by the following weekend, along with a general bag of 2025 pins.  Ask any SV lifeguard/concession attendant to bring out the family folder bin for you to pick up these items.

See you on Deck during the final month of summer!

The SVKW Swim Board

Congrats to our Swimmers of the Week: Albright Payne (7) & Nick Blackman (12).

You have earned a red swim cap! Click here for past winners and SOTW Criteria.

Volunteers of the Week

As we wrap up our season, we want to give a huge shoutout to our final Volunteers of the Week:  Stephanie & Tom Keller and Grant Meiburg! This dynamic trio has been incredible at Stroke and Turn, working seamlessly together to ensure our meets were fully staffed with certified officials.

We’re always looking to grow our team of Stroke and Turn officials! The certification class takes just about 90 minutes, and it’s a great way to get involved next season and support our swimmers. If you’re interested, please reach out to our volunteer coordinators. We’d love to have you join the crew!
