Join us for our annual Pasta Pump Up, a beloved team tradition as we gear up for our first home swim meet of the summer! It’s all about loading up on those pre-race carbs, building team spirit, and getting excited for the season ahead.

We’ll have two delicious options to choose from–buttered noodles or pasta with red sauce, and don’t forget to pile on the parmesan cheese! Come hungry and ready to hang out with teammates before or after practice.

Stick Around for Some Fun ✈️

After you’ve fueled up, don’t rush off—stick around and challenge a teammate to an airplane building and flying contest! Get creative, test your design skills, and see whose plane can go the distance. Bragging rights are on the line!
